Vehicle retired to customer without finishing the complete work. Also they charged to insurance the amount for that. My vehicle was a Honda accord and they forgot to order and put the symbol or label or accord letter is not stick to the back. Customer showed to the advisor about this. Nobody check the work or not checking or not any follow up. I would like to talk to the owner or general manger of this facility

Chuck was informative; my only concern is that the door handle wasn't painted on my door; i was told that it was because my insurance didn't cover it yet when I brought this up to the adjuster it wasn't a problem; I then had to make car rental arrangements again to have my van brought in to the shop to paint the door handle; a better experience would be for Chuck to have taken a more proactive approach & getting the adjuster to approve the painting of the door vs. just saying AAA didn't approve it when I picked up my vehicle; it was inconvenient to go through the whole process again
