Little things that did not happen before: Missing screw cap, clock time off, all mirror adjustments way off, spare tire instructions in trunk but not in spare compartment, stronger than expected paint smell.

The receptionist was very routine with things. Not at all compassionate or personable. It is never fun to have a car accident and then getting the cold shoulder when you are spending thousands of dollars in repairs doesn't make it any more pleasant. This has happened everytime we have been in and we continue to come back. This would be the only reason we would be willing to make a switch next time. Car repairs are exceptional, but could do better in customer relationship building at check-out. The customer is the reason she has a job.
