I am absolutely going to tell my family, friends, and others to go there to Voelkel's for repairs. You can't beat people with compassion. We need more of that in the world today.

They did an excellent job of replacing the rear bumper and matched up all the seams and paint, perfectly. In addition to that there was a big long starch on the passenger front side finder, that I couldn't afford to have removed and painted, they did something to buffer it out and it looked great. I am retired and living on a fixed income but they showed compassion and found a way to make me happy. In addition they washed the exterior and vacuum or detailed the inside. They truly made my week. The job was done so great that I went home and dug up some money to at least give them a tip for such agreat blessing and they wouldn't take the money and said, your smile is our blessing. It was an insurance job, but I will take my vehicle to them to do the work. And advise others to do the same. Great job Geno and crew at Voelkel's.
