Got the repair estimate before submitting the claim. Once claim established, Voelkels took care of everything with farm bureau. Part came in sooner than expected and Voelkels called to move up the scheduled repair appointment. Fast and efficient and repair looks and works great

The trunk lid on drivers side is greatly improved since repairs but not like it was before the accident.
