Took a month to get my car back and it was PAINTED THE WRONG SHINE OF BLACK. they painted it with what looks like glitter. And then when I asked for documentation that they painted it the wrong color before they fixed it they did not document that correctly. In addition, they put my emblems on wrong.

They were supposed to call my rental company to extend my car rental for the wrongdoing of paying my car the wrong color allowing me to have this rental for however longer I needed till my car was completed. They never called them. My rental company had to reach out to me stating that I never returned to the car, but I had explained them the situation and they had to reach out to west herr.

Amazing work. Was able to get my vehicle looked at and the buff job done in the same day! (I realize this doesn't happen all the time, but it's nice that it happened this time). All of the employees were extremely nice, competent, and professional. Could not ask for a better experience. I hope I don't need collision services again, but if I do West Herr Collision in Lancaster will 100% be where I take it. Your company will also be the first recommendation out of my mouth of anyone that I know that needs collision work. Keep up the great job!!!!

beautiful work!!!The only negative issue was with the car rental!!! Will NEVER rent from Enterprise again!!! Hated the car because I asked for a smaller and landed up with a huge SUV. I had an issue getting in and out of the car!!! I was told my insurance company was covering the rental but was charged $731.66 at the end. Having my local insurance company looking into this!!! So if I ever have to have work performed on my car and you are dealing with Enterprise I will NOT leave my car!!!!!😡
