Took you a month and my taillight was still out. You sent me home with a broken taillight and my mother had to drive out there to make you fix it AGAIN. Your technicians are absolutely careless. Never using West Herr for ANYTHING ever again.

Repair work is excellent. Vehicle exterior looks like new. However I wasn’t notified when the vehicle was done, interior was not cleaned, and vehicle was covered in snow upon pickup.
