Virginia and the team overall were wonderful. The repair was done very well. Only concerns I had which are small, was how long it took, at one point they lost my key and also that the headlight was not working when I picked it up but they fixed it so quick!

I would highly recommend the shop for repairs. Great work and very friendly staff. Completed in a timely manner and they went to bat for me with the insurance company to get my vehicle repaired to factory standards without cutting corners. Insurance did a low estimate and Gary showed me additional damage caused from the collision that was not on the estimate from my insurance and he got it covered and I am extremely happy with the repair and the service I received from them.

What a great experience! Although any collision is unfortunate, they made my contact with them a pleasant seamless interaction. My dealings with Virginia were the best part. She was always available if I had questions, provided me with continuous updates on my vehicle and took care of the insurance claim info. I would not go anywhere else but West Herr for any future purchases. Thank you again!
