While the work that was supposed to be done was done expertly, the poor communication and damage to the vehicle (scratches and washer reservoir) definitely would leave me hesitant to recommend your services.

While the bodywork that was done was exceptionally well done I have two rather significant complaints. One, on the back passenger quarter panel near the roof the paint was scratched in your care. Obviously an attempt was made to fix this by using a spot paint repair, but the color match is horrendous and sticks out like a sore thumb. Two, somehow the windshield washer reservoir was damaged and no longer holds fluid. These two factors obviously have left me feeling very angry.

I was told that the repairs would take two weeks and it actually ended up taking nearly twice that. Now the time table is fine, if more time is warranted I understand. I want it repaired correctly obviously more so than I want quickly. However, there was zero communication. After 4 weeks I called to check on the status of the vehicle and I was informed that it was already done. This is not something I should have to chase someone down on the phone to find out.
