Outstanding work, reasonable price, great customer service. Took a bit of time and the parking lot is scary, but considering the great quality, it’s no wonder that you’re so popular. I also appreciate that a larger facility would probably require you to have higher prices.

I am beyond delighted with the quality of the work and the quality of the service. A real bonus was picking up my car completely free of dust or paint smell, detailed to the point where it looked better than it did when I took delivery, just 3,000 miles ago when it was new. I'm not satisfied with the repairs. I have a scratch on the left passenger door, the damaged side view mirror wasn't replaced (shown in the estimate $355.80) and the battery wasn't charged.

Everything that was promised was recieved on time. Jim Marko introduced himself and thanked me for picking his shop to work on my car. Dana did a great job going over the car with me and expaining what damage there was and answered all my questions. Hopefully i will never need them again BUT if i do i will go back to them to work on my car again. Very happy with my experience with WESTLAKE AUTO COLLISION!

Excellent from initial exam to pickup. Every auto body shop should use Westlake Auto Collision as its service and business model. I would rate higher than 10, if possible. Dana was amazing, and so was Yvonne at reception/payments. A young man, whose name I didn’t get, said he would get my car ready.
