Excellent from initial exam to pickup. Every auto body shop should use Westlake Auto Collision as its service and business model. I would rate higher than 10, if possible. Dana was amazing, and so was Yvonne at reception/payments. A young man, whose name I didn’t get, said he would get my car ready.

I could not recommend Dana more. Your Shop does great work and of course that is paramount but what has me coming back time and again is the people there, that really make it a pleasant and easy experience, especially when your dealing with a damaged car which is already a stressful aituation.

Dana Gentry is amazing! She is personable, professional, detailed, handles everything right away and treats me always like the most important customer your business has. I would recommend everyone I know to contact Dana and Westlake collision for autobody repair work. Also, Yvonne in the front is very detail oriented, very friendly and helpful. Disappointed in the final bumper assembly installation

The headlight assembley was replaced and the Bumper assembly did not fit properly. I went back twice and it still didn’t match up. Very disappointing .

I have to admit just how fussy that I am about my car. When I left it for repair at Westlake Auto Collision and they promised “perfect” results, I doubted that they could perform the repairs that would meet my expectations.
