I have to admit just how fussy that I am about my car. When I left it for repair at Westlake Auto Collision and they promised “perfect” results, I doubted that they could perform the repairs that would meet my expectations. Well, surprisingly, they lived up to their promise. They promised perfection and perfection is exactly what I received! Kudos to Westlake Auto Collision!

I had a great experience with Westlake Auto Collision, and I want to give credit to Dana for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. I was in an accident with my 2026 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport and they came highly recommended. From the start, Dana made everything simple and easy to deal with. She was responsive, handled all communication with insurance and estimates, and kept me updated the entire time, which took a lot of stress off my plate. She also coordinated communication with third parties to get the wrap work completed on the vehicle and even arranged for the vehicle to be transported to the other shop so the work could be done. They were also great about documenting photos of the vehicle throughout the process and sending those over, which I really appreciated. The office was professional and easy to work with whenever I had questions or came in. Communication was consistent the entire time, and I always knew the status of my vehicle and what was happening next. The repair was completed on time and the vehicle looked great when I picked it up. Overall, very professional shop with strong communication and quality work. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently had a great experience with Westlake Auto Collision. They did an excellent job repairing my car and handled my insurance. I dropped my car off and it was ready by the end of the week as promised. It looks perfect, like new again. Nick and the entire staff were friendly, professional, and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and would highly recommend them!
