when i first dropped my car off and waited for enterprise to come pick me up, it took 45 minutes. i remember the guy who helped me at winner’s circle said he called enterprise within the first five minutes of me waiting, so i’m not sure if the 45 minute wait was because of miss communication, but that was really upsetting.
