My car makes a loud motor like sound when accelerating and when driving, and when I brake there is a very loud clicking noise coming from under the car. When I initially dropped off my car I mentioned the loud motor like noise and I was told it was probably the air coming in from the damaged doors, but that is not the case. Really upset/disappointed with this.

No mechanical inspection was spoken of or reported, therefore, no mechanical work was completed on my vehicle. My vehicle was parked against a side walk when it was hit, which any mechanic would know to check for mechanical damage which this center did not. I reported this additional damage to your center on 09/16 and was told you all would call the insurance to report additional damage for repair. I waited 4 days to see if anyone would call me and I received no call. I called Allstate on 09/19 to discuss the issues and Allstate confirmed they had no record of Winner Collision center reporting a 2nd claim. I spoke with Anthony, an estimator who claimed he was interim manager for the week and I had to reexplain the issue. Towards the end of the call, Anthony said he would call Allstate so I can get into a rental car and bring the car back to Winners. To date, 09/23, I have yet to hear from Winners. You will be held liable for your negligence if this is not resolved.
