Everything that eas done to the car was fully explained to me without making me feel stupid. Also I really appreciate recalibrating safety features and cleaning the inside and outside of my car. I have back trouble and it's very hard for me to vacuum so that was a huge relief for me. And my car looks fantastic inside and out. Courtney Herzner
