I would never recommend anybody to this body shop because Christina doesn’t know what she’s doing she is not a good estimator I’m stuck paying for damages I shouldn’t be paying for it should be covered she don’t know what she’s doing

The bodywork done look good my car was clean when I got it back the estimator Christina is an idiot she told State Farm that my front left fender door handle wasn’t connected with the other damage when I sideswipe a wall now I’m stuck paying for the rest of the damage if you have State Farm stay away from them it’s a scam

Drop off went very smoothly, enterprise picked me up from their office. The job was done 2 days later. The door looks like new and they washed my vehicle before returning. I was able to pick up my car and leave the rental there. Very happy with the outcome and service.

I was impressed how quickly I was contacted by Woods Collision center to set up the repair of my van . I barely hung up from my insurance company. They were ready to take my van that day . My van went in on Monday morning and was done Wednesday afternoon . The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly . Couldn’t ask for better service . I am very pleased with the work they did and highly recommend Woods Collision . Thanks for a job well done

Called and talked to Joe and he was able to get my Honda CRV in right away. Christina was very personable. When I got my car back it looked brand new. It had also been cleaned on the inside and out.

Overall good. I was communicating with a couple people so a few things seemed to have gotten lost. 1. I explained one of the parts being replaced was actually silver part but had been covered with black vinyl and no need to replace. I would have new vinyl put on. 2. I had asked for someone to look into touch up on a couple spots and give recommendation. That wasn’t followed up on tho I asked twice. 3. The date the car was projected to be completed was Friday but received a text hrs later it would be the following Tuesday. Called on Monday to get status and found out it was ready to go they were just looking for insurance check (which I already had) Small issues in the grand scheme of things but held me from a 10 satisfaction.
