Yusef made the entire process much easier and was very understanding of the concerns I raised during my inspection of the vehicle before the final pickup. When I was initially notified that the car was ready, I went to pick it up and conducted a personal inspection. During that inspection, I noticed several items that still needed attention. I brought these issues to Yusef's attention, and he was attentive and professional in addressing my concerns. He assured me that the necessary corrections would be made and that he would contact me once the vehicle was truly ready for pickup. I appreciated his responsiveness, communication, and commitment to ensuring that everything was addressed properly before releasing the vehicle.
