We received a top notch service. Our last visit 5 years ago for another car was excellent. This is why we returned for the second car repair. Every aspect of the service, even help with the rental was excellent. We are also pleased with the messaging and keeping us well-informed as the work progressed. One last comment about these difficult pandemic times, the employee observe the protocols for health and safety of customers and others, something that shows their attention to details are at every level. This body shop provided the best service for us. I contacted Geico and told them that I would strongly recommend the World Auto Body shop for the repairs. The staff are courteous, professional and well-informed about all aspects of the job, even questions related to insurance coverage. Regarding our safety, the customer care was also excellent. We have used this shop twice within the last ten years, and each time, very satisfied.
