The one thing that I would ask to do differently next time is to keep possession of my vehicle until all the parts etc. were delivered. I noticed the truck sat in the back lot for 3-4 weeks and didn’t appear to be worked in during that time. I had to rent a truck several times during that time period. Perhaps I’m confused on the process but there may be opportunities to minimize possession of the vehicles as part of your work flows. It may be something to consider. Thanks again!"
