I recently had my vehicle repaired at Xtreme Auto Collision & Glass Inc. after a collision, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and efficient. They handled the Back-end damage to my bumper and a broken tail light and returned my car looking like new! The quality of the work was excellent, and they even washed and detailed the car before returning it! What impressed me most was their speedy turnaround time. I dropped off my vehicle 8:30am on a Monday & Picked up my baby the very next day @5pm. They made a stressful situation much easier. They did not fulfill the commitment they made to give me the car. I was told one week and they gave me the car after 24 days.

They did not fulfill the full commitment for my car. They had asked for one week to deliver the car to me and I received the car after 24 days.Which caused me a lot of loss by having to rent a car.

This place was horrible with communication on my vehicle. I was the one that had to call them to find out when my car would be finished, in which the man who I spoke to would tell me that it would be one week for my car to be done . I call them in one week and he tells me it will be another week. I call them for the third time and he tells me another week and it will be done. All the while I’m pre-paying for my rental car. I also asked them to give me an estimate of a dent I wanted to fix while it was there . They never called me once to tell me the estimate however, when my car was finally ready to be picked up the man asked me if I received his texts or emails on the estimate? I told him point blank no I did not and I check my email everyday. Probably a better idea to call the customer. I won’t be recommending this shop .

They were done three days ahead of when they said it would be done. I received a daily text with the status of my car. It looks great and is running perfect. Us they work directly with my insurance so it really was hassle free. Highly recommended if you ever need to use their services. If you have allstate this is the spot to get your vehicle fixed.

This place was great. The communication was the best I've had from any business ive ever dealt with. My car was fixed 3 days ahead if schedule. And it was completely hassle free for me. They dealt with my insurance. All i had to do was bring my deductible. They did a complete walk around both before and after. Explained every thing they found and what was done. If I ever find myself in another collision I’ll be bringing it back here with out hesitation. And my car actually looks better than it did before the damage. Highly recommended these guys!! 2016 Toyota Camry Hybrid. New front bumper, hood, windshield, headlight, radiator, and a few other things.
