I recognize that I needed service around the time of the spring hailstorm, but I was very disappointed in the lack of communication from the shop. To get an appointment in the first place I had to go in person because no one answered the phone and voicemails were never returned. When I went in person staff took photos of my vehicle right away, which was terrific, and then told me I would receive an estimate soon. Weeks later I had received no estimate. It turned out that the person preparing it had forgotten to send it to me. This was resolved when I phoned the office and was able to talk to a person.

I am very happy with the repair work. I think 6 weeks is a long time but understand getting parts. I wish communication would have been better with completion date. Date would come and go with no communication of why or an update. Everyone I worked with was very patient and understanding.

The main concern I had was how far over the estimated time my vehicle was in the shop. Without the use of my car I was limited in where I could go and did not know when it would be ready.
