I think it’s unacceptable that you had my vehicle for 3 weeks & 3 weekends when the original estimate was a week. I understand there was more work discovered but I don’t accept that no one else could cover for a co-worker who was out for a funeral. That is not my problem & I should be compensated for my rental during that time. The text updates were useless as the dates kept being pushed back. I’d be waiting for a call on an expected date of completion but would hear nothing & have to call in to be told it’s not done, over & over. I truly feel you should cover my expense toward the rental.

Repair is great. Thank you! The length of time got extended from the original estimated time due to some miscommunication between zimbrick and my insurance company. I probably could have expedited that had someone called me and alerted me to the problem. But the quality of the service was great. the car looks fantastic, thank you.
