From all appearances I think they did an excellent job with the repair. They also washed my car and coordinated with the repair shop for some additional repair and service work that my car needed done.

I was NOT satisfied at ALL!! I was very disappointed. Part of my vehicle they didn’t repair at all when I mentioned it they blamed it on “it was too rusty to stabilize”. So they just left it. I soon realized they weren’t going to do anymore work on my vehicle because they couldn’t make anymore money off myself or my insurance company because I was not going to pay out of pocket costs other then my deductible. I was not impressed at all. Won’t recommend or go back to this shop again.

You still have the vehicle. The work was completed but the color used was completely different and or not blended. Your team is correcting it which I appreciate but we chose Zimbrick because of your experience and reputation as a Honda dealer. I’m surprised that this mistake was even possible.
