"Absolutely no complaints- when I first arrived, I noticed how clean and quiet the shop was. Everything was seamless, car drop off, rental car pick up and then retrieving my car. My car appears to have been repaired perfectly. The woman at the front desk were lovely to deal with. The only thing I wish would have happened- is that; when I picked up my car I would have liked someone from the shop to come out to my car with me and go over the details of the repair. "I hit a deer literally DAYS before I was supposed to drive my son’s entire life to college, because apparently that week did not have enough plot twists. Enter Northside Autobody. They were incredible. My Sequoia was repaired and back to me in less than a week, Jon kept me updated the entire time, they dealt with the insurance company, handled the return of my rental car, and basically removed every annoying logistical thing from my plate at a moment when my plate was already on fire. And then I picked up my car and it was fully detailed inside AND out. Like, cleaner than it was before I hit the deer. They also sent me home with a rain umbrella, a cup, and a flashlight, which made the whole experience feel less like “sorry about your deer-related vehicular trauma” and more like I had won a very specific game show.
