Nationwide was still willing to rectify their part of the situation which continues to tell me that despite the issue their customer service was still done well. It was a hassle to go back a second time but everybody was willing to do their part and everything was handled and taken care of with no issues with an understanding that mistakes do happen and that we are all human."
