    "Chris was very accommodating and thoughtful and I do apologize for somethings out of his control. Because my car had to wait for parts and a recall came through. Chris said they would take the car to the dealer for the recall. Unfortunately after speaking with the dealer (I cannot remember her name) they said they would call Collison. No one did but Chris made sure my car was completed with recall and ALL. Thank you Chris and I do apologize and I should not have spoken to you in that manner. Chris does deserve KUDOS!!!"

    "Just fyi, this is the second Faulkner survey I have completed about the work that was recently done on my car. I completed the first survey on July 22, 2022. Here is a copy of the additional comments I provided then: I worked with Michael Leach, your estimator, on the repairs to my 2018 Toyota Corolla, which was hit by an unknown vehicle/driver when it was parked on a residential street. My insurer, USAA, recommended Faulkner Collision Center of Mechanicsburg, and I am so glad I chose your company and had the great good luck to work with Michael. He was just terrific—kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional, and he kept me informed every step of the way, which was extremely reassuring. Equally important, I was delighted with the work that your body and paint shop technicians did. My car, which had damage to the hood and to parts beneath the hood, looks brand-new now.     "My car had an accident it was T boned on the left driver side door and front fender. Since the car was almost brand new, I was concerned I will se and feel it still. However the body shop team did an outstanding job in repairing and painting it the way it was before. Now it drives and feels like new. It took close to 4 weeks though. Becky the manager kept me up not date in terms of estimates and dealing with the insurance adjuster. I was barely involved. Becky managed it all. That was a great experience with the Kelly body shop team.Thank you."
