    "Just fyi, this is the second Faulkner survey I have completed about the work that was recently done on my car. I completed the first survey on July 22, 2022. Here is a copy of the additional comments I provided then: I worked with Michael Leach, your estimator, on the repairs to my 2018 Toyota Corolla, which was hit by an unknown vehicle/driver when it was parked on a residential street. My insurer, USAA, recommended Faulkner Collision Center of Mechanicsburg, and I am so glad I chose your company and had the great good luck to work with Michael. He was just terrific—kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional, and he kept me informed every step of the way, which was extremely reassuring. Equally important, I was delighted with the work that your body and paint shop technicians did. My car, which had damage to the hood and to parts beneath the hood, looks brand-new now. I could not be"
