Ashley was very understanding about my 2 hour wait for rental problems. Ride to Hurtz in league city was provided by man from 1 st choice collision to rental. She kept me informed about repairs. Maynard drove to rental so I could return the car to them. Everybody was very nice and very helpful.

Ashley was amazing! She was very patient with me. I couldn’t ask for an amazing women like her. She helped me every time i needed help, helped with communication. Very understanding. Our car was repaired and the sunroof works now. Overhead there is a small part of the headliner that was not glued properly and when we went to open the sunroof we could tell that there was still some broken glass stuck behind the sunroof housing.
