I was overall very satisfied. The young man who gave me a ride to pick up my truck was very polite and Cassandra helped me obtain that ride. Very nice of them to put out that effort. Great customer service!!

The timeframe of repair and the communication about progress were great! The vehicle pulls to the right though, so the tires may not have been balanced after the new tire was added to the front drivers side.
