Ashley was absolutely wonderful and so helpful especially with this being my first experience with an auto repair. They finished before the estimated date and it came out beautifully. I had a bumper and some other things replaced and it looks like it’s brand new again!!

First choice collision wasn’t able to fix my vehicle 100%. I was told that was the best they can do. First choice was already paid by Allstate for the work half done and I’m left out with the issue on hand. I have spoken with Allstate regarding this issue and I’m still waiting on a final response.

There is new damage to the car that wasn’t there when it was dropped off. It’s on the back right brake light and lower paint. 2 parallel scratches.
