The repair was fine, and the communication was good. Ashley, at the front desk, is really great to work with. My only complaint is the time it took to complete the repair. The initial completion estimate was Dec 18 and the car was not finished until Jan 17.

Even though there were delays I was kept informed and she notified GEICO and Enterprise. If I called and didn’t leave a message she would call me back. Very good service and friendly. Car looks good.

The manager *unfortnately forgot his name* was the only person I interacted with, and he was a total G. Communicated very well and inspired a lot of confidence. They replaced everything with OEM parts and car looks as good as new. 10/10!

I had a small scratch that was not part of the accident but it was right next to it. I told the manager I would really like to get that repaired as well,even if i had to pay out of pocket. No one ever contacted me to ask me about that. The work was about a 7 but your customer service really sucks. Will not be going back or recomending you guys moving forward.

From beginning to end I was taken care of always keeping me updated. I wish I could remember her name at front desk. She was so knowledgeable and helpful she made my experience feel flawless and pleasant. They even cleaned my car when it was time to be picked up.
