They kept me informed on every step and made sure I was comfortable with everything even up to me leaving their lot . I was referred to three body shops by the insurance and when mentioned everyone I knew just from the mention of Impact obliged me to get the work done there. I am extremely happy and the work was beyond d what I expected. My car looked newer than when I even purchased it off the lot a few months back. This is what a new black car should look like. Thanks guys"
