Rather than just fixing it, Travelers demanded I go to ACH payments — which I hate, because it feels like such a loss of control. I was exasperated with them; close enough to cancelling. But I kept them. I kept them because, when I sold life insurance, a co-worker told me how great they were. In light of our present survey, and despite my targeted annoyance with them, they proved he was right. 2. How often do you bump up my rate, Travelers? Because it sure seems like it’s every other day.
