As a result, my vehicle was in the shop for nearly two months. The extended repair time was largely due to Tesla’s lack of readily available parts and the significant delays in getting answers to the technicians’ questions about the appropriate repair procedures. This experience was extremely frustrating and resulted in my vehicle being out of service for an unreasonable amount of time."
