"I am extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received from Taylor and Gavin. The frequent and timely communication I received from the start of the repairs until the repairs were concluded was outstanding! From what I can see on the car having had it back for a few days...I am also very pleased with the quality of the work."

"Working with Bengi was great. Every person I came in contact with, from the front desk staff to the very personable gentleman who drove me home, were all professional and kind. I very much appreciated the shuttle home. The only part of my experience that was not good, and to be frank was awfully terrible, was the three times interacting with the AI answering the phone. It’s really very frustrating and a huge put off to be spoken to in circles by a non person that didn’t get my phone number correct, that didn’t understand my request, that repeatedly asked me the same question. Truly the AI was a waste of my time and in no way saved time for staff. I would MUCH prefer to be on hold with music or advertising playing while waiting for a person than have to endure your AI."

"The dentless repair looks very nice. communication was great. Very respectful and helpful throughout the process."

"My car had sustained some damage in November right before thanksgiving. The day I heard from insurance, I called Ray Skillman to schedule my drop off & was so surprised at how wonderful Sally was. She was able to schedule me same day. She was so kind and so helpful and even helped me with contacting Enterprise to pick me up to get a rental. It was above and beyond what I expected. Every interaction with anyone was great. I immediately trusted these people and this company to fix my car and I didnt give it a second thought to leaving it. I’ve had a previous experience with a different car and company and it was an absolute nightmare from the moment my car was damaged. Please know that the kindness, reliability, communication, and literally every thing made a huge difference to me. I even bought my Kia from the Ray Skillman dealer right by this location, that experience also amazing. When"
