After pick up, when the radar alerted that it wasn't working and the van went to Honda for alignment, I was told that the screws holding the radar housing were stripped and that alignment wasn't possible until they were replaced. I'm just puzzled as to how it passed in the first place, and, if it had to be aligned by Honda initially, how did they not notice that there was a problem with the housing? I received updates/explanations from two people so perhaps there was some confusion in timing and events. With regards to the body repair, it was flawless. The front end looks as good as new! I have always been treated with courtesy and honesty and Town and Country will continue to be my only "poor driving decision" repair shop!"
