    "I checked out another big collusion place in town first, the receptionist was rude, she basically told me they couldn’t do anything like answering questions or giving me details about what my Jeep might need or how they would repair it until I signed up with them through my insurance company.. Her attitude was horrible!! A young man did step up as I was leaving, he tried to help me, he just wasn’t very knowledgeable.. I went to talk to Gerber.. Christen was so Friendly and professional right from the start. She helped me understand the process.. And she handled All the paperwork and dealt with my insurance company as well.. Chase & John were so knowledgeable and pointed out what hail damaged I had and what they could do. Course they would know more when they actually put it under inspection.. My Jeep looks Fantastic and it had quit a bit of hail damage. These Folks are down to earth a"
