"Jessica was wonderful as well as the front desk in assisting me during a really stressful time. They made everything very easy throughout the process. I really appreciate the help of everyone who worked on my car, from front desk staff, reception answering the phone, team members who removed the damaged bumper cover and scratched taillight to replacing and painting the new bumper cover. I don’t feel the taillight was necessary to replace and hope that my insurance doesn’t go up as a result of an added (not completely necessary charge).
