    "I liked that your company informed the rental car company of our appt. I liked the online status check except that it showed expected pickup as Tuesday but wasn't ready until Thursday. I then called Wed and was told the tech was at lunch. I asked for a call or text back, and no rush but I needed to know so I could extend rental car. I got a text Thursday morning saying car should be ready by 5. So I would say someone needs to update the online status tracker when there are delays to avoid confusion."

The entire process was easy breezy 🙌🏼 I appreciated the communication every step of the way about convos with my insurance, I felt a warm welcome when in the shop and the family environment made me at ease leaving my vehicle! To all the team, the office staff you were all wonderful and got my car estimate, work done and car washed with keys in my hand before my appointment for a "look see" at another shop. Thank you to Soto for going above and beyond picking me up out of town to pick up my car on a Friday afternoon! Aside from that, my car is looking brand new, work is fast, professional and this shop pays a lot of attention to detail! 100% recommend!
