"My car looks new. The repairs are complete and perfect. I was also impressed that the entire car was detailed to a satin finish. The car looks perfect -- as though I just picked it up from the dealership. Everyone from walking in the door to picking up the car were warm, knowledgeable and reassured me that all would be well. The price was very fair -- far less than I had anticipated. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Thank you Sarah! Thank you Cline team!!"

"I appreciate the dedicated work that was put into my car. After just a few days, the team was able to finish up the repairs needed on my car. It looks like nothing even happened to it. If ever needed, I know that I can count on the team to help me out with my car again. Thank you so much! You guys are amazing!"

"Great experience. Jenn did a great job making the process run like a charm. Kudos to her and Freeman."

"Jessica was wonderful as well as the front desk in assisting me during a really stressful time. They made everything very easy throughout the process. I really appreciate the help of everyone who worked on my car, from front desk staff, reception answering the phone, team members who removed the damaged bumper cover and scratched taillight to replacing and painting the new bumper cover. I don’t feel the taillight was necessary to replace and hope that my insurance doesn’t go up as a result of an added (not completely necessary charge). It also was ordered or shipped wrong which delayed me picking up my car and having to keep a cheaply made rental car for an additional day. However, the experience was very pleasant overall."
