I received my vehicle back then my brother-in-laws and I noticed a few things not right with the vehicle while at Classic Collision repair shop. Tom from Classic Collision started the things we found will be fixed a week from now. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. On Thursday August 13th everything was done properly and the vehicle is working like a brand new vehicle. Thank you for understanding my concerns and solving the problems. Great customer service and communication."

    "I live in Ellensburg. USAA wanted me to go to a shop in Yakima. In fact, I was required to get an estimate from that shop, since it was a Preferred USAA Shop. The estimate was incomplete. I actually had to tell the estimator that the liftgate was aluminum, and that they could not just "fill" it. A "Looney Tune" shop, at best. I wanted Hinshaw's to do the work, since I have had them do other "Outstanding" work for me before. Diana Cyr worked with USAA to get all the hidden damage paid for, all OEM Parts ordered and paid for, and monitored the whole process from start to finish! Absolutely OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you to Hinshaw's Auto Body, and Diana Cyr. Even though this is a 2014 Expedition, it was virtually perfect, not even a "Door Ding!" We want to keep it for 250,000 miles. With the outstanding body repair work, now we can!"
