What came as a surprise was that both the exterior AND the interior were thoroughly cleaned. I did not ask for any. They never mentioned it until I brought it up, as if this is their standard procedure. This is definitely not the standard procedure from my experience with other shops. I hope I will never need another repair, but if I do, I will reach out to them without a doubt."
