Jay Zetterberg was amazing! He kept me very informed the entire time my car was being worked on. Also the two ladies at the reception that I encountered one Monday and then one on Friday were also very professional social and nice. Only complaint was with the rental car people. They called, left me a message to confirm when the car needed to be ready (4:45pm) I called and confirmed then I had to wait for them until 5:05pm to show up.
