from start to finish they went above and beyond what was required. they fixed our van in a timely manner, did a GREAT JOB, and due to my illness I was unable to pick up my vehicle so they drove it and dropped it off to my house. I will go to them again for sure!

The initial work that was done at the ABRA store in Chanhassen, MN was shotty at best. I was given a repair time estimate of 7-10 days but the repairs took almost a month. I made 4 separate trips back to MN expecting to pick up my vehicle and was forced to take additional time off of work. When I finally got my vehicle back, there was silver paint over spray on the the interior of the vehicle, the front driver's side rim was still damaged, the headlights and tail lights were still disconnected, and no alignment had been performed. Fortunately these things were fixed by the ABRA in Omaha, NE. The Omaha store was very easy to work with and I had my jeep back from them when promised.
