In the beginning I loved everything about this shop, at the end, I am embarrassed to have recommended you with how our family was treated.

The quality of the repair was a 2 before it was fixed again. The door was not adjusted correct, which made the door have an air leak on the top of the door and the door sat, where when looking at the front of the car, the door was seen sticking out at the top. Once this issue was fixed, it became perfect. My overall satisfaction was about a 5 with customer service. The older gentleman was a sweetheart and exceeded expectations. The rest of the staff that we came into contact with were rude and attempted to say that the car was "just like that" and "it wasn't like that when we parked it". Those comments are unacceptable. Honestly, when my husband and I first brought our cars to get fixed with the estimates, I ranted and raved about the customer service and told friends and family to go to Abra in Sparta because they were so efficient and the customer service was nice. But now that the customer service was rude, we will probably not be going back and sticking with our local business. We were okay with driving 40 minutes to get our vehicles worked on. Now, not so much.
