Please improve communication. I don't appreciate telling me something and thinking something else. As it was the case with the" time allotted" for the repairs which according to the estimator, it would take about week and a half. Lack of loaner car. Lack of communication between Brian and Drew, after I spoke to Mike-Farmers insurance agent, and him conveying the message to Brian about us waiting when a loaner will be available and us bringing the truck for repairs. And lastly, even so the deductible was waved, it was still being asked from me. Thankfully Mike was at the office and resolved that situation. What would have happened if Mike was not at his office?
