One simple dirty towel ruined the prospect of future business from us or anyone we know.

Antonio was clear in his communications and concerns with the repair job. The only thing that left a poor impression of ABRA was something super simple: whoever washed and wiped down the vehicle must have used a dirt laden towel because it ruined the paint on our truck. I would take it back to address the newly created scratches and swirl marks, but I am concerned that will result in more damage to the paint. Up until that, I would have been a repeat customer with our 13 vehicles including various collector cars, exotic cars and sports cars. No way am I coming back. But again, Antonio did a great job.

Antonio and Teddy were nice to work with. They kept in communication with us on progress and we're very polite. The work on the truck is very nice and done well. Hope to never need this type of service again but if we do we are definitely contacting them.
