Somehow my estimate went from $1100 to them billing FB for $2600! I’m glad I didn’t decide to pay out of pocket and get this surprise. They did a good job but I can’t believe the adjuster didn’t say anything to me. And I’m happy my deductible was waived. I’m praying my rates don’t go up from this tiny dent that didn’t seem like an expensive fix, but somehow cost more than double the estimate!

They closed the claim out 6 days ago. I still do not have my vehicle back from them. They didn't fix my windshield. I went to pick up the vehicle to find repairs were NOT finished. 100% unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend Abra automotive
