One of the best service related experiences I can remember. Fully explained review of the process at intake, cohesive interface with insurance, and ease of rental car substitution. Levii provided concise updates at milestones of the repair and was fully professional. Pickup was efficient and the result was flawless alongside meticulous detailing. Very impressive experience.

Everyone at ACME is very friendly and helpful. Upon drop off, they told me the work would take a little over a week to complete but somehow the job got done in three days which was a relief. Levi did beautiful work on my front bumper. He is clearly very skilled and professional. The clean car interior was such a nice surprise when I picked it up as well! I would definitely come back in the future if I need work done. Thank you!

From the moment I walked into Acme, I felt confident and assured that they would do an excellent job. The shop is immaculately clean. The receptionist was kind and responsive, Levi was thorough in answering my questions and doing the inspection of my car. Levi stayed in touch with me the entire Time the car was being worked on. And the car itself looks like new. The detailing that was done in the interior of the car was also spectacular. I would recommend Acme to anyone for Auto Body repair. It was a completely painless process.

Wonderful relations. Good work. Excellent communication. Price of parts was too high, even though Acme can't control that.

The price charged for the repairs was criminal. $7000 dollars for a ding on a door that didn't even knock off the trim? I am pretty sure I could have gotten a matching door at a junk yard for under $500. Insurance paid the bill, and now the other driver is going to have a minor accident classed as a major accident, and have their premiums jacked sky high simply because Acme got away with charging a criminal price. I don't know how to sue about this, but I am appalled enough to try. The work and relations were good, but the pricing needs restrictive legislation to control a scam on the public.
