Driver Side Car Door to 2013 Subaru Outback got fixed, but came out of the shop with electrical issues that don’t exist prior to repair. Cabin Lights, radio, clock, and remote key locking mechanisms all fail to work after car door repair. Extremely frustrated and disappointed, unsatisfied with the lack of care to finish the job right and in its entirety. My experience has not lived up to the shops mission, or Vive Automotive’s Mission as a whole, which are stated below, copied from both websites: “Whether you have been in a major accident, or you are making minor repairs to return your lease, we offer many onsite services to deliver a customer experience that will leave you delighted and your vehicle looking as though it just came off the showroom floor!“ “ Our mission is to provide the highest quality, people-first collision repair experience that prioritizes honesty, transparency, and reliability for every one of our customers” Neither of these have been lived up to, and I will not be coming back to ACME Auto Repair/Vive as a result. I expect that this will be taken care of without inconveniencing me anymore than it already has.

I was so excited to find a local auto repair place for a Tesla and I had the best experience working with ACME. The professionalism of everyone there was fantastic. They made the whole process of working with my insurance smoothly in a timely manner and the car came out as if it was brand new! They even buffed out a different car as a courtesy! I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future if needed!

Amazing Auto Body Shop! Though it took longer than I expected, (I had unrealistic expectations about how long repairs take), the final result was far better than my expectations. The repairs and attention to detail was A-1 and the detailing and cleaning of my car before I picked it up was fabulous! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs this type of service. It was great to have all of my special features recalibrated so when I picked up my car it was like brand new, right off the lot!
