The quality of the actual repair was fine. However for many reasons which you know better than me, the process took sooooo long. From the time I called until completion was almost two months. That was very frustrating.

Honestly, everything was great on acme’s end. It just took a VERY long time, which was mainly the insurance company’s fault. My only complaint is that the inside of my car smells really badly of motor oil or something like it. I’m hoping it’ll go away soon?

Very helpful personnel, especially Matt. And as far as I can tell, they did a very good job on the car. I appreciate the way Matt broke down the bill: things we must do, things we might do, things they could more or less remediate--our choice.

I've had work done by them in the past and it was promptly handled--this time not so much. I understand many people are experiencing this at many shops--not enough skilled labor.

The quality of the repair was excellent. The over two weeks to get my car back for what would be a 3 day job was not the best. I wish the shop had just asked me to bring the car at a later date than go without it so long.

When I arrived to drop my car off on the date of my appointment, according to Acme, I did not have an appointment that day. The person that was supposed to call me to reschedule had not done so. However, they were able to look up my information and saw that I was indeed in the system and scheduled my car for as soon as they could get to it.
